We finally returned!!

And it was well worth the wait –even storm Agnes couldn’t keep us away – thankfully countered by the very warm welcome.

We revisited some old haunts but also discovered the gorgeous Portreath.

Thank you – this isn’t the last time you’ll see us …!!

Thank you so much Rhoda and Rob for the loan of your Annexe again. We love it!!

For three of us of us this was our fourth visit. For Levi, his first.

However, it was the first visit for us in the Summer and the weather was brilliant.

We never missed a day on the beach.

Thank you for everything, including the lovely weather.

 Dear Rob and Rhoda.

What a lovely well-equipped and immaculately clean bungalow.

We had a smashing time on Gwithian beach, Hal loved the body boarding!

Favourite places to eat are The Cornish Arms and Salt, Hayle.

We had a nice day trip to Penzance and Marazion.

Thank you for our holiday.

Thank you Rob and Rhoda for a fantastic few days in your lovely annexe.

We had a relaxing break exploring a new pat of Cornwall.

Highlights – walking on the huge stretch of beach at Godrevy, enjoying ‘Twelth Night’ at the Minack (a bit wet but worth it!). Train ride to St Ives and I managed a sea swim too!

I’m sure we’ll return and will definitely recommend.

We stayed very local this time in Cornwall and really go lucky with the weather.

2 walks back from St Ive, w2 walks to Godrevy and a very big lunch at he farm shop.

Often we cram lots in, but this year we needed to keep everything free!

Such a beautiful location. Thank you for having us.

We had a lovely time.

We are very busy people and his was the perfect chill.

This was a lovely, spotless bungalow with a lovely view. Rob could not do enough for us and was on hand if we had any queries, nothing is too much trouble.

We’ll be back.

Fantastic week as always.

Rob and Rhoda make us so welcome which is why we return every year. Merlin thinks it’s his 2nd home now.

Tips this year for other guests:-

Food:-
As always the Turnpike Inn and the lovely barmaid Beth who always has dog treats.

Unicorn at Porthtowan and the Angarrack Inn. Also the beautiful Jam Pot at Gwithian Towans.

 Walks:-

Godrevy circular walk, Even some seals.

Porthtowan to Chapel Porth = worth it for the ‘Hedgehog’ ice cream at Chapel Porth.

Caerhays Castle beach – worth the drive.

 Visits:-

St Ives by train, Porthleven, St Agnes.

Thanks again Rob and Rhoda.

See you next year.

We had a brilliant time - thank you!

Once again a big thank you to Rhoda and Rob for the hiring of their property.

We had a brilliant time. Highlights were 2 trips to the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Gwithian Beach (x3), Perranporth, Godrevy Lighthouse and the local pubs. Nethy our border collie ran her socks off on the lovely sandy beaches.

 Thank you
