Covid-19
Regrettably there are times when your holiday may have to be postponed, curtailed or cancelled due to changes in Covid-19 regulations and guidelines, or you or us sadly having to self-isolate.

We have amended our cancellation policy in cases involving Covid-19. We hope you find this fair and acceptable, and really hope that this scenario does not happen.

The last thing we want is guests to not be able to take their eagerly anticipated holiday at Chy ryb Connerton, and hope the following gives you some reassurance when you make a booking with us.

 

Sadly if you are unable to take your holiday, due to Covid-19 restrictions imposed by government or a local authority, or we (the hosts) have to self-isolate, we can offer you the following option.

You may change the date of your holiday to a different available week, however the difference in the price between the original and the new holiday dates will be payable. No administration charge will apply.

If you wish to cancel, our normal cancellation policy will apply as in the terms and Conditions of Booking, We ask that you please request your cancellation in writing.


 

Should we have to unfortunately cancel your holiday in the event that we are forced to close and self-isolate due to Covid-19, we would refund all monies paid with no administration fee deducted.

Similarly should we have to terminate your holiday early because of Covid-19 reasons, (on our part), we would refund the portion of monies paid for the number of nights stays not completed. No administration fee will be deducted.

Should you (the guest) have to terminate your holiday early because of Covid-19 reasons, we regret that no refund will be payable for the number of nights not used. In line with Government policy, guests should return home as soon as thy possibly can.

In all of these cases however, we are only liable for fees paid to us for the holiday cost.

For all other cancellation reasons our standard terms and conditions will apply.

 

We do strongly suggest to all guests that they consider holiday insurance, and some policies do offer cover for Covid-19 related cancellation or curtailment of holidays.
